There are no exceptions to the following refund policy.

No refunds allowed once you attend your first session and/or when I've begun working on your website. You can pause the Service and resume it at a later date if needed.

If you have purchased the Full Website Setup package and you have not attended your first session, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Email us and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, you will be responsible for the full amount of the chargeback, as well as any additional fees that may be incurred. You will also lose access to all services provided by Billy Joinville. Any questions, or concerns? Send us an email and we will work with you to resolve them.

Additional Information

The Full Website Setup package includes 18 months of ongoing support among other benefits. Opting out of those benefits will not make you eligible for prorated refunds.

Rarely, Billy Joinville Web Services may contact you in regards to your website request in the event that we are unable to fulfill it. This doesn't grant you a full refund, however, we will review the situation and offer partial refund options. Funds paid are significantly used to cover the costs of the services, and the time used to research, plan, and deploy your website.
